Pape' Machinery, Inc. in Sacramento seeks a Compact Construction Equipment Sales Specialist to join our team.

You will build relationships with contractors and commercial customers, recommend compact equipment and worksite solutions, and drive new business in your territory. You'll travel in a company-provided vehicle, demo equipment on jobsites, and collaborate with product support and rental teams to ensure a winning customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in construction or related industries.
• Knowledge of compact construction equipment, attachments, and financing options.
• Strong customer relations and business development skills.
• Experience operating or working around compact construction equipment.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with contractors, landscapers, and commercial customers in the territory.
• Demo equipment on jobsites and identify the right solutions for customers.
• Collaborate with internal product support and rental teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Travel in a company‑provided vehicle to visit customers and jobsites and grow the territory.
