Pape’ Machinery, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager for Construction Equipment Sales in Redding, CA.

You will focus on building relationships with contractors and operators, tailoring equipment solutions to boost productivity and profitability across your territory. You’ll spend significant time in the field, visiting jobsites and meeting customers, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of heavy and compact construction equipment and its applications preferred.
• Experience in the construction, heavy equipment, or related industries preferred.
• Excellent customer relations, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong prospecting and business development skills.
• Driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, construction companies, and equipment operators within your territory.
• Identify opportunities to grow the business and present equipment solutions that improve productivity and profitability.
• Travel in a company vehicle to visits jobsites and meet customers and prospects face-to-face.
• Collaborate with product support and rental teams to ensure a superior customer experience throughout the equipment lifecycle.
