Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Commercial Service Account Manager to grow Carrier Commercial Service across southeast Georgia. You will identify opportunities in service agreements, repairs, modernizations, and digital offerings while aligning customer priorities with Carrier solutions.

This field-based role requires strong sales discipline, knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment, and the ability to convert technical needs into measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial HVAC sales or related roles (sales/engineering/account mgmt).
• Ability to lift/carry 20 lbs and work safely in rooftops/mechanical spaces.
• Valid driver’s license and meet driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans and grow relationships with new and existing clients.
• Track activities in CRM and manage pipeline to hit annual targets.
• Sell full Carrier HVAC service portfolio including service agreements, repairs, and modernizations.
