Bms Cat is seeking a Commercial Business Development Manager in the Atlanta area to develop new business with commercial clients and build lasting relationships. You will prospect, meet with decision-makers, present service solutions and grow revenue in your territory.

This field-based role offers uncapped commissions and flexibility for office or remote work, with an emphasis on building a strong local presence and a thriving sales pipeline through CRM activity.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to generate new business and build a customer base.
• Experience selling to commercial clients is a plus.
• Comfortable prospecting and spending time in the field.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking and in-person meetings.
• Build relationships with facility managers, property managers, building engineers and other key decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue within your territory.
• Present service solutions to commercial customers.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and track activity in our CRM.
• Partner with internal teams to provide an excellent customer experience.
