PeopleConnect Staffing is seeking an aggressive Business Development Manager to own the open US Territory/Nationwide. This role is a pure hunter, full-cycle sales position for outsourced human resources, payroll, benefits, and compliance services.

You will spearhead new client acquisition across the country and drive growth with a strategic, highly proactive approach. The role offers a high base salary with uncapped commissions and strong OTE earnings, including 100% of employees’ benefits paid

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven B2B experience within the PEO, Payroll or ASO sectors.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead new client acquisition across the US market.
• Manage full sales cycle for outsourced HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance services.
