Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions seeks a territory-based Account Manager to be the daily, single point of contact for 50+ commercial clients. The role focuses on building lasting relationships, expanding services, and driving revenue growth while guiding Night Ops staff and aligning with Ops and Sales teams.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in sales and management, exceptional customer service, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales and management experience.
• Outstanding and responsive customer service skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-through.
• Independent self-starter coordinating with Ops and Sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact consulting with clients, ensuring quality work.
• Manage, expand and diversify client relationships and grow revenues.
• Guide and mentor Night Ops staff in working with contractors and crews.
• Implement company policies, procedures and Best Practices for client service.
• Proactively minimize client issues and retain clients long-term.
