City Wide of Tulsa is seeking a Facility Solutions Manager (our version of an Account Manager) to own client happiness, retention, and account growth. You’ll be the primary strategic partner for your commercial clients, leading engagement initiatives, managing service delivery, and turning everyday clients into raving brand advocates.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in account management, excellent communication, and the ability to travel daily to local sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a dedicated client retention or account management role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with high attention to detail.
• Mobility to travel daily to local client sites.
• Completion of Predictive Index assessment and pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting partnerships as the primary trusted contact for commercial clients.
• Drive account growth by expanding services within existing accounts.
• Bridge the gap by coordinating with service providers to exceed expectations.
• Lead with excellence by executing policies and SLAs for efficiency.
