ttg Talent Solutions is seeking a Field Based Cargo Solutions Sales Representative on the West Coast, based in Los Angeles with hybrid options from the LAX area. You will drive revenue by acquiring net-new accounts and cross-selling tailored logistics solutions across air, ocean, cold chain, warehousing, and ground transport.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, end-to-end deal closure, and ongoing account growth, with a salary base of $90,000 plus an annual performance bonus.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of active B2B sales or business development in freight forwarding, air cargo, or supply chain services.
• Working knowledge of multimodal transport (air, ocean, ground, cold chain).
• Proficient CRM use and comfort with AI-generated quoting tools.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close net-new accounts across targeted industries and trade lanes.
• Evaluate customer transportation requirements and construct tailored proposals using air/ocean freight, cold chain, warehousing, and ground transport.
• Collaborate with Pricing and Operations teams to build commercially competitive proposals and ensure account execution.
• Maintain structured pipeline tracking within Salesforce and leverage AI quoting for fast turnaround times.
