An international freight solutions provider seeks a dynamic Sales Representative with expertise providing exceptional third-party logistics services. This is a remote role in a fast-paced industry where proactive self-starters thrive.

• Direct Hire
• Compensation: $75,000 - $120,000 (DOE), Exempt + commission

• Remote but must be able to attend in-office meetings once a week in the Compton office

Requirements of the Sales Representative

• Sales experience in freight forwarding
• Proven track record of:
• Bringing in new clients
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Industry knowledge
• Strong ability to prospect (find new customers), cold call/email, build long‑term relationships, negotiate pricing, close deals
• Good communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
• Customer-focused mindset
• Problem‑solver
• Organized and able to manage multiple clients
• Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, experience with logistics software
• Valid driver’s license
• Must adhere to TSA (Transportation Security Administration) regulations and compliance standards
