Responsibilities

• Find new customers by following up on leads or making cold calls.
• Conduct research on potential customers and maintain sales records.
• Address questions via email/phone, with occasional face-to-face meetings.
• Use communication/negotiation skills to close sales.
• Meet Inside Sales KPIs/quotas set by regional management.
• Collaborate on pricing to ensure accurate rates and terms.
