CARGO SOLUTIONS SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Industry: Freight forwarding and multimodal cargo logistics (aviation, ocean shipping, and specialized handling)
Hybrid work schedule: Los Angeles, CA
The ideal candidate is a pure hunter with 3+ years of proven sales B2B Sales specifically in the freight forwarding and multimodal cargo logistics industry.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a relationship-driven, solutions-oriented sales role inside a global logistics company with deep operational roots across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. The company moves time-critical, high-value, and temperature-sensitive cargo through an integrated network that spans freight forwarding, air and ocean freight, cold chain, charter operations, and last-mile distribution — all under one platform.
If you know how to open doors, listen carefully enough to diagnose a shipper's real problem, and then build a solution that actually works operationally — this role was designed for you.
THE ROLE
The Cargo Solutions Sales Representative is responsible for developing new business, expanding existing customer relationships, and growing revenue by offering integrated logistics solutions tailored to each customer's transportation and supply chain needs.
You will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, closing, implementation, and ongoing account growth.
