Job summary

Heartflow is seeking a Territory Account Manager to champion its non-invasive cardiovascular solution across a defined US region. You will collaborate with physicians, administrators, and hospital staff to drive adoption of Heartflow’s diagnostic pathway and ensure high customer satisfaction.

This field-based role requires 20%+ overnight travel and a proven track record in medical device or cardiology sales.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree with clinical or sales experience in medical devices or cardiology preferred.
• Strong communication skills with clinicians and administrators.
• Experience introducing new cardiovascular technologies into hospitals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Heartflow cCTA/FFRct pathways within designated accounts.
• Build and execute strategic account plans with key stakeholders.
• Educate customers on Heartflow value and secure ongoing referrals.
• Meet quota and contribute to growth metrics in assigned accounts.
