Job summary

Heartflow is a medical technology company advancing non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostics. We seek a Territory Account Manager to foster adoption of Heartflow’s cCTA/FFRct pathways within a defined geographic region and collaborate with referring physicians to drive growth.

This field-based role requires 20%+ overnight travel and a strong track record in sales or clinical settings. The TAM will educate clinicians, develop business plans with key stakeholders, and work cross-functionally to

Qualifications

• 4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience or 2-year degree with 7+ years related experience.
• Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing or Technical field preferred.
• Prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software is highly desired.
• Experience introducing new cardiovascular technologies into hospitals is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and adoption of a cCTA and FFRct clinical pathway with strategic Heartflow accounts.
• Develop and execute business plans with accounts, coordinating with HQ resources.
• Educate customers on Heartflow value and present to referring physicians.
• Meet or exceed quota and growth metrics in assigned accounts.
