Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, Fort Myers, FL, seeks a Business Developer to expand market share and drive profitable growth. You will build key relationships, identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing in regional landscapes and snow sales where applicable.

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3–5 years of B2B selling, CRM proficiency, and strong communication and presentation skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of mid-to-senior level B2B sales experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects across a large territory.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with a CRM or SFA tool.
• Proven track record of sales goals and pipeline management.
• Excellent presentation skills and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions by identifying customer pain points.
• Forecast sales deliverables and KPIs.
• Achieve sales goals and work independently.
• Prospect and build long-standing business relationships.
• Conduct heavy phone prospecting, presentations, and negotiate contracts.
• Log activity in CRM (Salesforce).
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients.
