Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is seeking a field-based BCBA to deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, and communities. You will develop data-driven treatment plans and mentor RBTs, ensuring high-quality outcomes for each child.

You’ll work with families, use evidence-based techniques, and collaborate with clinical supervisors to advance treatment effectiveness while expanding access to services across Maryland and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and Maryland licensure at time of hire.
• Experience supervising RBTs in clinical ABA programs.
• Willingness to travel to client homes, schools, and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, school, and community ABA services as the field-based BCBA.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on data and best practices.
• Supervise and support RBTs to ensure treatment fidelity across cases.
