Job summary

Verbal Beginnings seeks a field-based BCBA to bring evidence-based ABA into homes, schools, and community settings across Maryland. You’ll develop personalized plans and mentor RBTs while partnering with families to support real-world learning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field is required.
• BCBA certification is required or actively pursuing licensure where applicable.
• Maryland licensure or eligibility is required at time of hire.
• Experience supervising ABA-based treatment programs with RBTs is expected.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes, schools, and community settings to assess needs.
• Develop and refine individualized ABA treatment plans for each child.
• Train and supervise RBTs; ensure clinical consistency across sessions.
• Coach families and caregivers to implement strategies at home and in daily life.
• Collaborate with supervisors to review outcomes and raise care standards.
