Job summary

Verbal Beginnings, a BCBA-owned ABA therapy provider, seeks a field-based BCBA to bring clinical care directly into homes, schools, and communities. You will assess, design, and implement ABA programs across diverse environments.

You will mentor RBTs, train families, and collaborate with a supportive team in BHCOE-accredited settings. This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and opportunities for supervision earnings.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Licensed in Virginia (or pursuing licensure) at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes, schools, and communities.
• Develop and refine individualized treatment plans.
• Train and supervise RBTs in the field.
• Coach families to carry out treatment strategies.
• Collaborate with supervisors to review outcomes and improve care.
