Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is seeking a field-based BCBA to bring high-quality ABA services directly into homes, schools, and communities. You will develop and refine individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and coach families to practice strategies in daily life.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clinical supervisors and peers to ensure evidence-based care, with a flexible schedule and strong earning potential in a supportive BHCOE-accredited learning environment.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Licensed in Virginia or actively pursuing licensure at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform field-based ABA assessments in homes, schools, and communities.
• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and support RBTs in the field, ensuring clinical fidelity.
• Educate families and coach caregivers to apply strategies in daily routines.
• Collaborate with supervisors and QA to review outcomes and raise care standards.
