Job summary

Verbal Beginnings, LLC is seeking a field-based BCBA to bring clinical ABA care into homes, schools, and communities across Maryland. The role emphasizes collaboration with RBTs, families, and supervisors to ensure high-quality outcomes.

You will travel to client locations and mentor staff while contributing to a growing, BHCOE-accredited program. Applicants should hold a BCBA and a Master’s in ABA, with Maryland licensure or active pursuit.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field is required.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Licensed in Maryland or actively pursuing licensure at time of hire.
• Experience supervising the implementation of ABA-based treatment programs by RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes, schools, and community settings to conduct comprehensive assessments.
• Develop and refine individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.
• Train and support RBTs in the field to ensure clinical consistency.
• Partner with families through education and coaching to support progress.
• Collaborate with supervisors to review outcomes and raise standards of care.
