Verbal Beginnings in Maryland is seeking a field-based BCBA to bring high-quality ABA care into homes, schools, and communities. You will assess, design, and supervise treatment plans and collaborate with families to support everyday skills.

This position offers flexible scheduling, competitive compensation at $90–$95 per hour with total annual earnings potential over $116K, and generous bonuses and supervision incentives.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis is required.
• BCBA certification.
• Licensed in Maryland (or actively pursuing licensure) at time of hire.
• Experience supervising ABA-based treatment programs by RBTs.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
• Dedication to providing high-quality, outcomes-based care.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes, schools, and community settings to conduct comprehensive skills and behavior assessments.
• Develop and refine individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.
• Train, supervise, and support RBTs in the field to ensure clinical consistency.
• Partner with families through education and coaching to carry treatment strategies into daily routines.
• Collaborate with supervisors and QA to review outcomes and raise the standard of care.
