Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is seeking a field-based BCBA in Maryland to bring clinical care into homes, schools, and communities, delivering evidence-based ABA with real-world generalization.

You will collaborate with RBTs, clinicians, and families, mentor field staff, and contribute to BHCOE-accredited training site, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

This role offers flexible scheduling, travel to client locations, and compensation up to $95 per hour plus supervision incentives and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification required or actively pursuing licensure in Maryland.
• Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Experience supervising RBTs in ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments in home, school, and community settings.
• Develop and refine individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Train and supervise RBTs in the field.
• Partner with families through education and coaching.
• Collaborate with supervisors to review outcomes and raise care standards.
