Verbal Beginnings is seeking a field-based BCBA to bring clinical care into children’s homes, schools, and communities across Maryland. You’ll design and supervise ABA programs, collaborate with families, and work with a team of RBTs and supervisors.

This role emphasizes hands-on coaching, travel, and adherence to BHCOE-accredited standards, with a compensation model that includes hourly pay, supervision incentives, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Licensed in Maryland (or actively pursuing licensure) at time of hire.
• Experience supervising ABA-based treatment programs by RBTs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
• Genuine dedication to providing high-quality, outcomes-based care for children and families.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes, schools, and community settings to assess needs and goals within their natural environment.
• Develop and refine individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.
• Train, supervise, and support RBTs in the field to ensure clinical consistency across sessions.
• Partner with families through education and coaching to carry strategies into daily routines.
• Collaborate with supervisors and QA to review outcomes and raise the standard of care.
