Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is seeking a field-based BCBA in Maryland to bring clinical care directly into homes, schools, and community settings. You will supervise RBTs, collaborate with families, and mentor the next generation of clinicians as part of a BHCOE-accredited training site.

You will travel to client locations, develop individualized treatment plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes for children with autism.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field is required.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Maryland licensure or actively pursuing licensure at time of hire.
• Experience supervising RBTs is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Train, supervise, and support RBTs to ensure clinical consistency.
• Collaborate with families to coach strategies for daily routines across settings.
• Partner with supervisors to review outcomes and continuously improve care for each child.
