Verbal Beginnings is a growing ABA therapy provider seeking a field-based BCBA to bring clinical care directly into homes, schools, and community settings. You will develop and refine treatment plans, mentor RBTs, and collaborate with families to support progress across environments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification.
• Maryland licensure or actively pursuing licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments in home, school, and community settings.
• Develop and refine individualized treatment plans.
• Train, supervise, and support RBTs in the field.
• Partner with families through coaching and education.
• Collaborate with supervisors and QA to review outcomes.
