Verbal Beginnings is seeking a field-based BCBA to deliver ABA services in homes, schools, and communities, collaborating with families and RBTs to generalize skills. You will work within a BHCOE-accredited setting, guided by evidence-based practices and a strong commitment to quality outcomes.

This role offers a flexible schedule, travel to client locations, and opportunities for professional development while earning competitive hourly compensation and eligibility for supervision incentives.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Licensed in Maryland (or actively pursuing licensure) at the time of hire.
• Experience supervising the implementation of ABA-based treatment programs by RBTs.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
• A genuine dedication to providing high-quality, outcomes-based care for children and their families.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes, schools, and community settings to conduct comprehensive skills and behavior assessments.
• Develop and continuously refine individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.
• Train, supervise, and support your team of RBTs in the field.
• Partner with families through hands-on education and coaching.
• Collaborate with supervisors and QA to review outcomes and raise the standard of care.
