Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Maryland licensure or in progress.
• Experience supervising RBTs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Commitment to high-quality, outcomes-based care.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes, schools, and communities to assess skills and behavior.
• Develop and refine individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Train and supervise RBTs, ensuring clinical consistency.
• Educate and coach families to implement strategies at home and in daily routines.
• Collaborate with supervisors and QA to review outcomes and improve care.
