Qualifications

• Master's degree in applied behavior analysis or related field required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Maryland licensure or actively pursuing licensure at time of hire.
• Experience supervising RBTs in field-based ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client homes, schools, and community settings for assessments and treatment planning.
• Develop and refine individualized ABA treatment plans based on each child's needs.
• Train and supervise RBTs; ensure clinical consistency across sessions.
• Partner with families through education and coaching to support daily routines.
• Collaborate with supervisors to review outcomes and raise the standard of care.
