Verbal Beginnings is seeking a field-based BCBA to bring high-quality ABA services directly into clients' homes, schools, and communities. You will lead assessment, treatment planning, and supervision of RBTs while coaching families for daily integration of skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Licensure in Maryland or actively pursuing licensure at time of hire.
• Experience supervising ABA-based treatment programs by RBTs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes, schools, and community settings to assess needs in natural environments.
• Develop and refine individualized treatment plans using evidence-based ABA interventions.
• Train, supervise, and support RBTs to ensure clinical consistency.
• Partner with families through hands-on education and coaching for daily carryover.
• Collaborate with supervisors and QA to raise treatment outcomes across cases.
