Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is seeking a field-based BCBA to provide direct clinical care in homes, schools, and community settings across Maryland. You will travel to client locations, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and mentor RBTs in a collaborative team environment.

You’ll partner with families, observe outcomes, and ensure high-quality care through evidence-based practices within a BHCOE-accredited training site. Growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis is required.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Maryland licensure (or actively pursuing) at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes, schools, and community settings to conduct comprehensive skills and behavior assessments.
• Develop and refine individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.
• Train, supervise, and support RBTs in the field.
• Partner with families through education and coaching.
• Collaborate with supervisors to review outcomes and raise the standard of care.
