Verbal Beginnings in Maryland is seeking a field-based BCBA to bring clinical care into homes, schools, and communities. You will develop and refine individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based ABA and collaborate closely with RBTs, families, and clinical supervisors to ensure high-quality outcomes.

As part of a BHCOE-accredited training site, you will mentor the next generation of behavior analysts, participate in supervision programs, and contribute to a supportive, growth-focused

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Licensed in Maryland (or actively pursuing licensure) at the time of hire.
• Experience supervising the implementation of ABA-based treatment programs by RBTs.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
• A genuine dedication to providing high-quality, outcomes-based care for children and their families.

Responsabilités

• Travel to clients' homes, schools, and community settings to conduct comprehensive skills and behavior assessments.
• Develop and continuously refine individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.
• Train, supervise, and support your team of RBTs in the field.
• Partner with families through hands-on education and coaching to implement strategies at home and in daily routines.
• Collaborate with supervisors and QA to review outcomes and raise the standard of care.
