Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is a growing ABA provider seeking a field-based BCBA to bring evidence-based care into homes, schools, and communities. You will develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and coach families to embed progress into daily life.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• MD licensure or actively pursuing licensure at hire.
• Experience supervising ABA-based treatment programs with RBTs.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance for travel.
• Commitment to high-quality, outcomes-based care.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes, schools, and community settings for assessments.
• Develop and refine individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Train, supervise, and support RBTs in the field.
• Partner with families through education and coaching.
• Collaborate with supervisors to review outcomes and raise care standards.
