Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is seeking a field-based BCBA to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy in homes, schools, and communities across Maryland. You will develop plans, supervise RBTs, and mentor families to ensure skill generalization in daily life.

Join a BHCOE-accredited provider with growth opportunities, a strong supervision program, and a pathway to leadership within a growing network of centers. You will travel to client sites and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must hold Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification required or in progress.
• Licensed in Maryland or pursuing licensure at hire.
• Experience supervising ABA-based treatment programs by RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes, schools, and community settings for assessments.
• Develop and refine individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Train and supervise RBTs in the field for consistency.
• Coach families and caregivers to implement strategies at home and daily life.
• Collaborate with supervisors to review outcomes and raise care standards.
