Verbal Beginnings is seeking a field-based BCBA to bring clinical ABA services directly to home, school, and community settings across Maryland. The role emphasizes high-quality, evidence-based therapy with strong collaboration with families and a multidisciplinary team.

You will supervise RBTs, develop treatment plans, and mentor trainees, all while adhering to BHCOE standards. Competitive hourly pay and annual earning potential are highlighted by a robust supervision and referral program.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification and Maryland licensure (or pursuing) at hire.
• Experience supervising ABA programs with RBTs.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients'' homes, schools, and community settings to conduct assessments.
• Develop and refine individualized treatment plans.
• Train, supervise, and support RBTs in the field.
• Partner with families through education and coaching.
• Collaborate with supervisors to review outcomes and raise care standards.
• Mentor and inspire future BCBA trainees at BHCOE site.
