Job summary

ACTS Fleet Maintenance is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to build and manage a Nashville sales territory. This field-based role focuses on developing new B2B accounts, solving client challenges, and growing a portfolio of fleet customers.

The position offers a $70,000 base salary with uncapped commissions, the freedom to set your schedule, and a path for advancement as ACTS continues to expand its 35+ year legacy of service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Outside Sales, Territory Sales, B2B Sales, Commercial Sales, or Account Management.
• Experience selling services or solutions to businesses.
• Experience with fleet, industrial, or logistics customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and developing new B2B commercial accounts.
• Building relationships with fleet managers and decision-makers.
• Managing your own sales territory and daily schedule.
• Conducting customer meetings, presentations, and sales consultations.
• Growing existing relationships and developing new business opportunities.
• Representing ACTS Fleet Maintenance with professionalism and customer service.
