ACTS Fleet Maintenance is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to build and manage a Nashville-based territory. You will prospect, meet with fleet managers, and tailor fleet maintenance solutions to customer needs.

The role emphasizes independence, relationship-building, and delivering exceptional customer service, with a base salary of $70,000 plus uncapped commission and a field-based schedule in the Nashville market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred.
• Experience in Outside Sales, Territory Sales, B2B Sales, Commercial Sales, Account Management, Business Development, Customer Success, or Relationship Management.
• Experience selling services or solutions to businesses.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new B2B commercial accounts.
• Build relationships with fleet managers, operations managers, and decision-makers.
• Manage your own sales territory and daily schedule.
