Cousino Restoration & Environmental is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive new business in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan. This field-based role focuses on building a durable book of business with contractors, property managers, and insurance professionals, leveraging a proven referral system.

You will hunt and farm, manage a robust pipeline in CRM, and travel across Toledo, Monroe, Lenawee Counties, and surrounding areas.

Formación

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background screening.
• Ability to attend in-person meetings and networking events throughout the territory.
• Comfort using CRM and staying organized with follow-up, scheduling, and documentation.
• Experience selling services to commercial clients (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and open doors by phone, cold outreach, and in-person visits.
• Build and maintain a network of contractors, property managers, and insurance professionals.
• Manage pipeline and activity in CRM; track follow-up and scheduling while on the road.
• Deliver consultative conversations focused on loss mitigation and restoration services.
• Attend association meetings and industry events to increase visibility and referrals.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth handoffs and project start-ups.
