The role combines technical consulting with sales, targeting OEMs and manufacturing facilities to promote and demonstrate industrial components and solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required or preferred.
• 2+ years in sales or business development in a technical industry.
• Strong technical background in industrial automation systems and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• CRM experience and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Find, develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
• Provide technical expertise and product demonstrations to customers.
• Weekly phone work to setup face-to-face appointments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions that meet customer needs.
• Perform Joint sales calls with vendor reps.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
