Pay
$90,000-$110,000 per year, with compensation commensurate with experience

Are you experienced with PLCs, HMIs, and Servo systems? Do you have knowledge and understand that application of automation products such as timers, switches, temperature controllers? The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for sales. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and growing existing accounts.
We have a wide variety of customers including but not limited to food processors, machinery manufacturers, companies that form, fabricate, extrude, etc. The ideal candidate is comfortable with calling on manufacturing facilities, is an excellent problem solver, relationship builder and is comfortable promoting and demonstrating industrial electrical/mechanical parts and solutions.

As a Sales Engineer, you will help customers solve complex automation and manufacturing challenges that impact machine performance, profitability, and time-to-market. By understanding each customer's machines, applications, and business goals, you will identify opportunities to improve designs, specify the right components, address part obsolescence, solve technical challenges, reduce risk, and improve margins. Leveraging Innovative-IDM's automation expertise and value-added manufacturing capabilities, you will deliver solutions that help build better machines, increase production, reduce lead times, and maintain a competitive advantage.
Work Location: In person (1 Day in Office, 4 Days in the Field)
