PeopleConnect Staffing is seeking a high-energy outside sales professional to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale support, leveraging networking and referrals to build a strong pipeline.

The role emphasizes meeting with clients, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, and operating in a fast-growth environment with uncapped commission and high OTE potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales/business development experience.
• Experience selling to small, midsize, or enterprise clients.
• Driving license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in your market.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, channel partnerships, and self-generated opportunities.
• Build relationships with business owners and executives to expand the client base.
• Schedule and conduct initial appointments and sales presentations.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and close deals through negotiation and proposals.
• Manage client relationships through implementation and post-sale support.
