People Connect Staffing is seeking a results-driven Business Consultant to drive new client acquisition in a field-based outside sales role. You will prospect, present, negotiate, and close opportunities, then manage post-sale relationships and implementations.

The ideal candidate thrives on building relationships with business owners and HR leaders, and can operate with minimal supervision. The role reports to the Regional Sales Manager and offers a base salary with uncapped commission.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of outside sales experience in PEO, payroll, HCM, HR tech, or related fields.
• Proven ability to generate new business and meet sales targets.
• Strong prospecting and lead-generation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close and implementation.
• Present customized proposals to executives and decision-makers.
• Negotiate pricing, scope, and terms with clients.
• Maintain client relationships during and after implementation.
• Track activity and forecast results in Salesforce.
