You will promote Ethicon surgical devices to surgeons and hospital decision makers in operating rooms, and drive growth across your territory. The role emphasizes strategic account management, in-person demonstrations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet sales goals while maintaining healthcare compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3+ years of relevant business experience in medical sales or healthcare.
• A valid US driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Own the full Ethicon portfolio of surgical devices and solutions.
• Sell to surgeons and hospital decision makers in operating rooms.
• Be assigned a sales territory focusing on physicians and hospital institutions.
• Be accountable for forecasting opportunities in assigned accounts/territory.
• Demonstrate proper use of products to clinicians in the OR environment.
• Conduct customer education seminars and manage customer questions and objections.
