• Own Ethicon surgical devices and solutions portfolio, including hemostasis, energy sealing, dissection, stapling and wound closure.
• Sell to surgeons and hospital decision makers, primarily in the operating room setting.
• Be assigned a sales territory focusing on physicians and hospital institutions.
• Be accountable to attain the forecast in their assigned accounts / territory.
• Set priorities and make sound business decisions based on understanding sales opportunities within accounts.
