Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an Account Executive to support the Pembroke Pines, FL territory. You will own Ethicon surgical devices and solutions, selling to surgeons and hospital decision-makers in an operating room setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of relevant medical sales experience or healthcare sales preferred.
• Valid driver’s license issued in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own the full Ethicon offerings of comprehensive surgical devices, including hemostasis, energy sealing and dissection, surgical stapling and wound closure platforms.
• Sell surgical solutions to surgeons and hospital decision makers, primarily in an operating room setting.
• Be assigned a sales territory focusing on physicians and hospital institutions.
• Attain forecasted sales in assigned accounts/territory and set priorities accordingly.
• Demonstrate proper use of products to clinicians in the operating room environment.
• Manage customer questions/objections in line with indications and training methodology.
• Execute selling cycle with concise, professional, ethical conduct and lead customers to action.
• Conduct sales presentations using current selling methods from training courses.
• Stay updated on market information and contribute to business planning.
