Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Representative to drive new business growth within a designated territory. You will prospect, qualify, and convert leads through cold calls, networking, and in-person visits, delivering on-site assessments and tailored proposals to win multi-year service agreements.

You will maintain CRM records, collaborate with service teams, and aim to meet or exceed quotas while advancing into higher-level roles such as national accounts management.

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads via cold calls, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
• Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental, facility services, and related programs
• Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements
• Maintain accurate client information in CRM
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and collaborate with service teams for seamless onboarding
