Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Representative to drive new business in a defined territory. You will prospect, qualify leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, and in-person visits, and perform on-site assessments for uniform rental and facility services.

You will develop tailored proposals, close multi-year service agreements, and maintain client data in CRM, collaborating with service and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience in uniform rental or related sectors.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets across full sales cycles.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and receptive to coaching and feedback.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business within an assigned territory.
