Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience in relevant sectors such as uniform rental or industrial services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing full sales cycles.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and receptive to coaching and feedback.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to meet auto insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and qualifying leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Conducting on-site assessments and delivering presentations for services offered.
• Developing tailored proposals and closing multi-year service agreements.
• Maintaining accurate CRM records of client interactions.
• Achieving or surpassing monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Collaborating with service and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
