Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Representative to drive new business growth within an assigned territory. You will prospect, qualify leads, and close multi-year service agreements while building lasting client relationships.

In this role you will conduct on-site assessments, deliver tailored presentations, and collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding. A track record of exceeding sales targets and strong negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in uniform rental, industrial supply, or related fields.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets and manage full sales cycles.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and receptive to coaching.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and qualifying leads via cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Conducting on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental, facility services, and related programs.
• Developing tailored proposals and securing multi-year service agreements.
• Maintaining accurate client information in CRM systems.
• Achieving or surpassing sales quotas.
• Collaborating with service and operations teams for seamless customer onboarding.
