NFIB is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to drive new membership growth by prospecting, area management, and face-to-face sales with small business owners in your local market. You will deliver presentations, handle objections, and enroll new members.

This field-based, B2B role features a structured sales process, an assumptive close, and no post-sale account management so you can focus on prospecting, selling, and growing NFIB membership.

Formación

• Sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Candidates from sales, fundraising, community outreach, recruiting, education, military leadership, business ownership, and other customer-facing backgrounds are welcome.
• Drive, coachability, resilience, and work ethic are valued over industry-specific experience.
