Victra, Verizon’s premier retailer, seeks a Business Sales Manager (SMB) to lead a field-based team focused on new customer acquisition. You will coach up to ten outside B2B sales reps, drive aggressive new-logo targets, and partner with Marketing to optimize pipelines.

This role demands a hunter mindset and proven leadership in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment. Responsibilities include establishing relationships with key decision‑makers, driving territory strategy, and ensuring onboarding

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in a B2B outside sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new‑business sales targets.
• Leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
• CRM proficiency and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a field-based team of up to ten outside B2B sales representatives.
• Drive new customer acquisition and set aggressive quotas.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Operations to optimize pipeline and lead generation.
• Represent Victra in local business community and industry events.
