Job summary

Victra, Verizon’s premier U.S. retailer, seeks a Business Sales Manager to lead a field-based team focused on acquiring new customers. You will drive a hunter culture, coach reps, and ensure attainment of aggressive new-logo targets.

You will model best practices, manage quotas, and partner with Marketing to optimize lead generation, while building lasting relationships with customers and internal teams across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a B2B outside sales role
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding new-business targets in hunter environments
• Experience leading/training a sales team preferred
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven setting
• CRM tools proficiency for pipeline management

Responsibilities

• Build and coach a field-based team of up to ten outside sales reps focused on new customer acquisition
• Lead prospecting, opening new relationships, and closing new-logo business
• Manage territory, quotas, pipeline, and forecast with CRM hygiene
• Represent Victra in local business communities to create opportunities
